8 Rumus Tenses "Present"

  

1.      Simple Present Tense

          ·  Present tense digunakan untuk menyatakan peristiwa atau kejadian, kegiatan, aktivitas dan lain lain yang terjadi saat ini

Rumus :                        

(+): S + V1 (e/es) + O/C

(-) : S + Do / Does + Not + V1 O/C

(?) : Do / Does + S + V1 O/C

Contoh :

(+): He reads a novel

(-) : He does not read a novel

(?) : Does he read a novel?

Tambahan :

            -          She, he, it = does

            -          I, You, They, We = do

2.      Present Continuous Tense

          ·         Present Continuous Tense digunakan untuk menerangkan peristiwa yang sedang berlangsung

Rumus :

(+) S + Be (is / am / are) + Ving + O/C

(-) S + Be (is / am / are) + not + Ving + O/C

(?) Be (Is / am / are) + S + Ving O/C

Contoh :

(+) She is driving a car

(-) She is not driving a car

(?) Is she driving a car?

Tambahan:

             -          She, he, it = is

             -          I = am

             -          They, We = are

3.      Present Perfect Tense

           ·         Present Perfect Tense digunakan pada kata “SUDAH”

Rumus :

(+): S + Have / Has + V3

(-) : S + Have / Has + not + V3

(?) : Have / Has + S + V3

Contoh :

(+): The girl has studied mathematic well.

(-) : The girl has not studied mathematic well.

(?) : Has the girl studied mathematic well?

Tambahan :

            -          She, he, it = has

            -          I, they, we = have

4.      Present Perfect Continuous Tense

      ·   Tenses ini digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang sudah terjadi namun masih berlangsung.

Rumus:

(+): S + Have / Has + Been + Ving

(-) : S + Have / Has + Not + Been + Ving

(?) : Have / Has + S + Been + Ving

Contoh :

(+): It has been raining since 7 o’clock

(-) : It has not been raining since 7 o’clock

(?) : Has it been raining since 7 o’clock

5.      Present Future Tense

          ·         Tenses ini digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu peristiwa yang akan datang

Rumus:

(+): S + will + V1

(-) : S + will + not + V1

(?) : Will + S + V1

Contoh:

(+): She will study

(-) : She will not study

(?) : Will she study?

6.      Present Future Continuous Tense

Rumus :

(+): S + Will + be + Ving

(-) : S + Will + not + be + Ving

(?) : Will + S + be + Ving

Contoh:

(+): He will be studying

(-) : He will not be studying

(?) : Will he be studying?

7.      Present Future Perfect Tense

Rumus :

(+): S + Will + Have + V3

(-) : S + Will + not + Have + V3

(?) : Will + S + Have + V3

Contoh :

(+): They will have studied at 10 tomorrow

(-) : They will not have studied at 10 tomorrow

(?) : Will they have studied at 10 tomorrow

8.      Present Future Perfect Continuous Tense

Rumus:

(+): S + Will + have + been + Ving

(-) : S + will + not + have + been + Ving

(?) : Will + S + have + been + Ving

Contoh:

(+): They will have been studying at 9 tomorrow

(-) : They will have not been studying at 9 tomorrow

(?) : Will they have been studying at 9 tomorrow
